Getting started
Getting started
How do I access a cloudphone?
Open your cloudphone from a compatible browser and return to the same named Android workspace for each project session.
Do I need a plan before using a device?
Yes. Choose Essential, Plus, or Workspace according to the number of Android project contexts you need.
How should I organize a new device?
Name it after the project or outcome, install only the apps the workflow needs, and remove anything that makes its purpose less clear.
Is one cloudphone enough to begin?
Essential is designed for one focused project. Move to Plus or Workspace when distinct projects benefit from separate apps, sessions, or owners.
How is a cloudphone different from a local Android emulator?
A cloudphone runs Android remotely and opens in a browser. An emulator runs locally on your own computer and depends on that machine while you use it.
What if my project needs real Android hardware?
Choose the additional USA physical Android phone service when the project calls for a real handset hosted in the United States. It costs $15 per month per device.
Apps and accounts
Apps and accounts
Is Snapchat supported?
Yes. App features and account requirements can change, so check the specific Snapchat actions your workflow needs.
Which Android apps can I install?
Use the app source available in your active cloudphone. Check installation, sign-in, media, notifications, and critical features for every app your project depends on.
What if Snapchat asks me to verify my account?
Complete the verification through Snapchat using account details you control. A cloudphone does not bypass sign-in checks or account policies.
What should I send support if an app will not install?
Include the app name, the step where setup stopped, the exact error text, and what you already tried. Do not send passwords or recovery codes.
Orders and payments
Orders and payments
Which cloud phone plans are available?
Essential covers one cloudphone, Plus covers three, and Workspace covers 25. The pricing page shows the current monthly amounts.
Can I pay by card?
No. Orders use crypto through the fixed deposit address and network shown for the order.
When is a payment accepted?
Payments are reviewed manually before the order status is updated. If a transfer remains pending, check the asset, network, amount, fixed address, and transaction status before contacting support.
What details help with a payment question?
Keep the order or deposit reference and the transaction information. Never share a password, recovery code, or private wallet key.
Need a specific answer?
