Privacy Policy

This page explains the information used when you create an account, place a hosted Android order, manage your workspace or ask for help.

01

Information you provide

Account forms request information such as your name, email address and password. Checkout requests your first name, last name and account email to record the customer details with your order. Support requests include the details you choose to provide, such as an order reference or a description of an app issue. Do not send wallet private keys, seed phrases or third-party account passwords.

02

Order and payment records

Order records identify the selected plan, product type, quantity, unit price, total, payment status and related devices. Crypto payment records may include the asset, network, receiving address, amount, reference and transaction identifier. They are used to reconcile transfers, update your account and resolve payment questions. Cryptocurrency networks publish transaction information independently of this website.

03

How information is used

Information is used to provide account access, record orders, maintain the payment ledger, support any manual fulfilment, respond to requests and protect the service from unauthorized activity. Account and payment checks may be necessary to investigate errors or misuse. Information needed to meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations may be retained for that purpose.

04

Android phone content and connected apps

Apps installed on your hosted Android phone process information under their own policies. You decide which apps to install and which accounts to use. A request about an external app account may need to be addressed to that app’s provider. Avoid placing information on a cloudphone unless you are entitled to process it there, and keep a separate copy of important files.

05

Browser storage

The frontend uses session storage to remember an in-progress payment request, including its reference, order details and checkout contact details, in the same browser tab. It does not store your account password or crypto wallet keys. Authentication may use account session cookies. Browser storage can be cleared in your browser settings, although clearing a payment reference does not cancel an order or reverse a transfer.

06

Service providers and disclosure

Operating the service can require infrastructure, account, payment-monitoring and support providers to process relevant information. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or to investigate misuse and protect users. Ask through the contact page for information about the providers, processing locations and safeguards relevant to your account.

07

Retention and deletion

Information is kept for as long as it is needed to deliver the service, address disputes and meet applicable obligations. Device content, account records and payment records can have different retention needs. Contact support before closing an account if you need to retrieve files, and request details of the applicable deletion process. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by this website.

08

Your requests

Use the contact page for questions or requests concerning access, correction, export or deletion of your information. Include the account email and describe the request, but do not include your password. Verification may be needed to protect the account. The rights and procedures that apply depend on your location and the nature of the information.
